Help

Support groups:

Support groups are available for patients and/or their caregivers. These groups enable participants to support each other, exchange practical advice and experiences, and break the isolation often experienced as a result of illness.

Phone calls (To come):

In the near future (around June 2025), our association plans to set up a telephone support service for patients and/or their caregivers. Aware of the medical challenges faced by patients, we want to offer them a place where they can listen, share and receive personalized support.

Patients and caregivers:

Due to the nature of email exchanges, it is unfortunately impossible for us to respond directly to patients and their families via this medium. There are several important reasons for this.

Limited resources: Our team has limited resources and cannot respond to all e-mails. In order to provide quality support, we favor specific channels such as phone calls or support groups.

Tailored answers: Each case is unique and often requires a personalized approach. Answering by email does not allow us to delve deeply enough into patients' specific situations and needs.

Confidentiality and security: Personal and medical information is sensitive. In order to protect individual privacy and comply with data protection regulations, we cannot guarantee that email exchanges are sufficiently secure.

We encourage you to use our specific explanatory pages on Lyme borreliosis , babesiosis , bartonellosis or our evaluation questionnaire.

Healthcare professionals:

Our association is committed to the fight against vector-borne diseases and works in close collaboration with healthcare professionals. If you are a practitioner or doctor and would like to know more about our actions, collaborate with us or obtain specific information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are available to discuss best practices, treatment protocols and resources available to better support patients suffering from vector-borne diseases.
