Membership Conditions

Article 1: Preamble
These Membership Conditions govern the relationship between Lyme Suisse (hereinafter “the Association”), having its registered office at Rte de Saint-Loup 13, 1318 Pompaples, Switzerland, and any person wishing to become a member of the Association via the website “ lyme.ch ” (hereinafter “the Site”).
By accessing the Site and subscribing, the user unreservedly accepts these Membership Conditions.
Article 2: Subscription to Lyme Suisse
Nature of the subscription
The CHF 60 subscription allows you to become a member of Lyme Switzerland for one year and benefit from the advantages reserved for members, including the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Payment terms
Payment for the subscription is made online via the secure payment methods available on the Site.
Automatic subscription renewal
The subscription renews automatically each year, unless the subscriber chooses to cancel it before the renewal date.
The subscription amount (60 CHF) will be charged on the renewal date.
The subscriber may deactivate automatic renewal at any time via their user account on the Site.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation:
The subscriber has 30 days from the subscription date to cancel the subscription and obtain a refund.
Cancellation must be made via the user account on the Site.
Termination during the year
Current subscriptions may be terminated via the user account on the Site, with effect for the following year.
Article 3: Responsibilities
The Association cannot be held responsible in the event of:
Temporary or permanent interruption of the Site;
Non-compliant use of the Site by the user;
Any indirect damage linked to the use of the Association's services.
Article 4: Protection of personal data
Personal data collected via the Site is processed in accordance with Swiss legislation (Federal Data Protection Act - DPA) and European legislation (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). For more details, please consult our privacy policy .
Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data, which they can exercise via their personal account on the Site or by contacting the Association at the following address: info@lyme.ch or in writing to Lyme Suisse, Rte de Saint-Loup 13, 1318 Pompaples, Switzerland.
Article 5: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms of Membership are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Vaud.
Article 6: Modification of the Conditions of Membership
The Association reserves the right to modify these Membership Conditions at any time. The new conditions will apply to all subscriptions made after their publication on the Site.
